How to Add an Employee to a Template

  1. To add an Employee to a Template start by going to "My Designs" and clicking the template design you would like to add employees to.
  2. On the right side will appear a Green button, name, last update and . Click on the Green plus button or the Add New Identity to add Employee information.

     3. A box will appear with the image of the ID card and an area to add the employee's personal information.

4. Repeat the same steps you had done to add the previous employees

5. Once all information is inputted, press OK and enter a name for the identity.

6. Save the template with the new employee added.
