Shipping & Returns


 Products can be shipped to all fifty (50) states, as well as APO and FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other territories. We also ship internationally to many locations. However, the following restrictions apply:

  • Free Shipping offers only apply the 50 US states and its territories.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico require expedited shipping.
  • We can ship internationally, however, some shipping restrictions such as method and destination may apply.
  • For certain orders, a signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Shipping for international orders will automatically be calculated based on weight and destination, however additional shipping costs may apply in certain cases.


Shipping costs are non-refundable after the order has left our facility. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. IDCreator is not liable for loss, damage, delay, shortage, misdelivery, non-delivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with your shipment caused by events we cannot control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a shipping error, missing item(s) or damage(s) to due to shipping and you qualify for a return or exchange under IDCreator's Terms and Conditions, IDCreator may offer to re-ship your order.

Situations like this are on a case-by-case basis so please contact us for review.




Standard Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), simply return the merchandise to IDCreator within 10 days from the original purchase date. IDCreator's policy is 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If there is no damage to the product upon receipt, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. When the return is received, the buyer will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable after the order has left our facility.

Customers must contact us prior to returning an order.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns for security products.


Custom Products

Custom made products may not be returned. If a product does not meet quality standards due to the customer's customization, it will not be eligible for a return or refund. If you have any questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, please contact us prior to placing the order.

Special Circumstances

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Obvious signs of use, any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery, or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
