- Go to “Saved Designs” on IDCreator.
- Click the Template design you would like to add Members to.
- On the right side will appear the Green “Select Members to Order” button.
- Click on the Green “Select Members to Order” button.
- The “My Members” box will appear.
- Located on the bottom of the My Members box is the “Add Member” option.
- Click the “Add Member” option and the My Members box will appear.
- Enter the Member information into each column you plan on using in your template design.
- If you are going to be adding an Image or Headshot follow these steps.
- Enter in the File Name with Correct Extension.
- Ex) Image1.JPG
- To get your Image File Names from a folder on your computer right click your image and click on Image Properties. Or do the following.
- Copy the Directory URL from the folder and paste into Google Chrome.
- The Image will need to be in the following format ( .JPG, .jpg, .JPEG, .png)
- Ex) Image1.JPG
- Enter in the File Name with Correct Extension.
- Make sure each Image is less than 1MB in size.
- Place all Images used in the Spreadsheet to a ZIP or Compressed Folder.
- It is important that the Image used has the same file name in the ZIP or Compressed Folder as it does in the Spreadsheet.
- Once all information is entered, click the “Save” button. (your added Members will now be uploaded to “My Members” and ready to be ordered with any Template)
- Next, the My Members box will reappear with most recently added Members listed.
- Click the Members you want to order for your Template design.
- Located at the bottom of the My Members box is the Green “Add Member To Cart” button.
- Click the Green “Add Member To Cart” button to continue to the checkout page to place your order.
