How to Add Members to a Template

  1. Go to “Saved Designs” on IDCreator.
  2. Click the Template design you would like to add Members to.
  3. On the right side will appear the Green “Select Members to Order” button.
  4. Click on the Green “Select Members to Order” button.
  5. The “My Members” box will appear.
  6. Located on the bottom of the My Members box is the “Add Member” option.
  7. Click the “Add Member” option and the My Members box will appear.
  8. Enter the Member information into each column you plan on using in your template design.
  9. If you are going to be adding an Image or Headshot follow these steps.
    1. Enter in the File Name with Correct Extension.
      1. Ex) Image1.JPG
        1. To get your Image File Names from a folder on your computer right click your image and click on Image Properties. Or do the following.
        2. Copy the Directory URL from the folder and paste into Google Chrome.
      2. The Image will need to be in the following format ( .JPG, .jpg, .JPEG, .png)
  • Make sure each Image is less than 1MB in size.
  1. Place all Images used in the Spreadsheet to a ZIP or Compressed Folder.
    1. It is important that the Image used has the same file name in the ZIP or Compressed Folder as it does in the Spreadsheet.
  2. Once all information is entered, click the “Save” button. (your added Members will now be uploaded to “My Members” and ready to be ordered with any Template)
  3. Next, the My Members box will reappear with most recently added Members listed.
  4. Click the Members you want to order for your Template design.
  5. Located at the bottom of the My Members box is the Green “Add Member To Cart” button.
  6. Click the Green “Add Member To Cart” button to continue to the checkout page to place your order.
